How to book a trip
1) Select a trip:
A) Daily Activities (shopping, bill, dinner, etc)
B) Live Events (theater, music, etc)
C) Charter (group gatherings, etc)
D) Casino (Rivers, Bally's, Valley Forge-Live fanduel betting)
E) Sporting event (live games, Xfinity Sports bar, tailgate, etc.)
F) Cruise ship terminal departures and pick-up
2) View our calendar and choose your date and check availability
3) Complete itinerary form with your information
4) Once received, we'll email your invoice for approval
5) Finally, your contract will be emailed to be signed, then returned by you.
Charter trip Deposit(s), Charges and Fees
A) Late Charge/ deposit....$300 (returned if not used)
Charter bus tours require a deposit fee to ensure timely departures, safe, clean and enjoyable trip. This is in addition to the cost of the trip and will be returned if not used.
An assigned driver will arrive at your location to board passengers 15 minutes prior to the agreed time on the itinerary.
If passengers are not ready to leave by the scheduled time, you are late. After 15 minutes late, the trip can be cancelled.
When returning home, passengers must begin boarding 15 minutes prior to departure time. If all passengers are not loaded and ready to leave, you are late and will forfeit your deposit. After 15 minutes, those passengers will have to find alternate transportation home.
B) Multiple stop(s) fee....$50 each
Charter trips are booked to travel from one place to another. However, occasionally there are place along the way that you'd like to visit. For stops other than food or bathroom breaks, you will be assessed a fee for each additional location.
