Terms and Conditions

Company: SASSY Transportation, LLC ("we", "our", "us")

By assessing and using the website or booking transportation services through SASSY Transportation, LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Website use
    *Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book transportation services.
    *Content Ownership: All content, text, graphics, logos, and images on this site are distributed without prior written consent.
    *Accuracy: While we make every effort to ensure information is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all details (pricing, availability, policies) are error free.
    *Third-Party Links: Our site may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security or practices of those websites.
  2. Bookings with SASSY Transportation, LLC
    *Identification: Guests must make reservations in the full name that is listed on their government issued id that they will use for travel.
    *Payments: All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise stated at writing at the time of booking.
    *Deposits and Final Payments: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each deposit includes a minimum $50 service charge person that will be applied to transportation balance. Deposits secure reservation but do not guarantee pricing until final payment is received. Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
    *Cancellations & Changes: All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
    *Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children: If persons are the age of 18 years will be travelling with an adult other than his/her parents a notarized letter by that parent, granting authorization to travel, including the dates of travel, should be carried.
    *Liability: SASSY Transportation acts as an intermediary between clients and events/venues. We are not responsible for acts, errors, delays, cancellations, accidents or damages beyond our control.
    *Client Responsibilities: Clients must review all confirmations promptly and notify us of any discrepancies in writing.
    *Final Travel Documents: Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, your Contract and Itinerary will be sent via email and or/ or mail 30 days or earlier before travel.

 

  1. Tours & Excursions Disclaimer
    *Third-Party Operators SASSSY Transportation, LLC act as Transportation agent for tours, excursions and related activities provided by third-party vendors. We do not own operate or control these services. Events / Venues are provided by third-party companies. SASSY Transportation is not responsible for performance, safety or quality of these services.
    *Refunds & Transfers: All tours and charters are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances.
    *Assumption of Risk: Participation in tours and charters may involve risks. SASSY Transportation is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or expense incurred during or as a result of any tour or charter.
    *Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to review all the details, limitations, and requirements before booking. Participation is subject to the Event/ Venue's policies.
  1. Prices
    *All prices listed are per person unless clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wines, water beverages, food unless specifically indicated. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however classes of services may have limited capacity, will change accordingly. In cases of human or computer error, SASSY transportation and agents reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not pay an increase, provided SASS Transportation, LLC receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.
  1. Cancellation
  • Once reservations have been made, cancellation will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to SASSY Transportation, LLC with your invoice number, full name, and travel date. Once your email has been received, you must complete the cancellation request form sent to you via email to complete the cancellation process. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call (215) 410-9037 to ensure your information was received.
  1. Photo & Media Release
    By participating in trips, events, or activities arranged by SASSY Transportation, LLC you grant us permission to capture and use photographs, Video recordings, written testimonials, or other media of you for promotional and marketing purposes.
    *Scope of use: Media may be used in print, on line and in social media platforms.
    *No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive compensation for the use of such media.
  • Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be included in media, you must notify SASSY Transportation, LLC, in writing prior to the start of your trip.
  • FORCE MAJEURE

*There may times when either party is unable to perform, or complete performance, under the travel contract for reasons out of each other's control. These are called force majeure events, and if they occur, making performing under the contract unadvisable, commercially impractical, illegal or impossible. Events that may trigger this provision include but are not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolts, military actions, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the treat there of, pandemics, epidemics, illness or health conditions prevalent in the area of travel, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightening, and explosions, unexpected legislation, or any other event outside the reasonable control of either party.
In the event that a force majeure event occurs, the parties will look to and follow the cancellation policies of the even/ venue, what is stated in transportation proposal, and these terms & conditions. Any changes to those policies are at the sole discretion of the Event/ Venue (if applicable), and Transportation company. Passengers will be informed of their options if a force majeure event occurs.
